Making MTXL wheels fit the X-Maxx front spindles: BEFORE: BASIC CUT: THE PROBLEM: More cutting required - hence why I've not tidied up too much after the main cutting. XV Pilot Posted October 16, 2016 Share Posted October 16, 2016 Gave my F1 a once-over following yesterday's race meet - my first in almost a decade, my first indoor race on carpet and my first proper run with the car. Chassis was fine, but my formerly pristine shell has a small scratch on one of the decals and a small dent to the top of the air box. I know from experience that race shells seldom stay pristine for long, but it is always sad when they go from new to used condition.
