  1. Hi guys Just picked up one of these to mess about at home with my little boy seems pretty good so far, just wondered if there is anywhere with info on mods & other battery's that fit? Thanks Damon
  2. Hi guys I've been away from rc for a few years & got myself a sport kit a few weeks ago & loving it so far done a few simple mods I would like to add lights to it but am using a hobby wing 1080 esc & a spektrum tx & rx, I was thinking about the traxxas kit but I would really like to be able to select what lights I have on & when, anyone else done this? I would like to make use of all the lights in the body & add a roof bar & rock lights Thanks Damon

  4. I bought the Sky Rc D100 V2 seems pretty good so far
  5. I think I've decided on this https://www.modelsport.co.uk/skyrc-d100-v2-ac-dc-dual-balance-charger/rc-car-products/421359 Then at track i can charge via AC with output of 50w per channel & i assume 100w to 1 channel if only 1 in use? Then at home via a PSU 2 x 100w should do everything i need & more
  6. A lot of info to read through here, how come you get better output on the dual charges when running via DC? I was a little unsure on the touch screen as worried it might get damaged while in pit box & in transit just seemed like a nice convenient feature since most things are touch these days
  7. Hi guys, Im in need of a new charger for charging various lipos but will mainly be used for some 4600mha 2s for my 1/10 buggy at my local track, i fancy a touch operated one something of good quality been looking at these, any user input or recommendations?? Depends on budget really, doesn't it?  At the lower end, Basher if want new, Hyper ST if OK with used (would be my choice).  Losi / Tekno are very nice, but not cheap, and probably a bit OTT if you're just doing a bit of bashing.

I've bashed with a trophy owner too & that impressed me, it took some serious abuse. But the top has to be- hyper st pro/losi/HB D8T/Tekno

Looks like a good location i think i know where it is done a few motor bike events over there plus like you cut through there on the way to swinley, i would be up for a bit of work to get a usable area next year just give me a shout buddy, i am a member on there not used it to much had forgotten about it if I'm honest, I'm just getting the electrics sorted out in my scx10 so i can play with that might have to come to a meet soon!
  13. Hi Guys Had a bit of an issue today managed to snap the motor shaft on my mini 8ight buddy so now need a new motor & thought i might as well get a new ESC to any suggestions on what you use?
