Wrcallar
What's the recomended lighting kits for 1/10 rc cars? I'm after sidelights, headlights, rear red lights and then braking lights. Do the headlights typically come on under accelerations? Oh and indicators would be cool!

Gr1zzle
Plenty of sets on eBay that have working indicators and you can buy lighting controls that can work with spare channels on you Tx.

Nitroholic
I can thoroughly recommend the 3Racing kit. I got the full kit for my Savage along with an auxiliary 4 light bar for the front bumper. You get indicators...though I didn;t use them. They are triggered by turning left or right. You get headlights which are 50% bright on idle, and full bright on throttle. The aux lights come on on throttle too You get rear lights which are 50% bright at idle, and 100% bright when you go from throttle to brake. The kit came with th econtrol box to power the whole deal from the RX battery or you can use an external power supply instead. Kit includes cable ties and sticky clips etc. to tidy up the wires, y leads for the servo lines and is well made and durable. The only issue I had with it was the control box was a bit big to fit in the radio box so is held on top with velcro tape. Does everything it says it should and has been brilliant from start to finish for me. Got the whole set from HongKong via E-Bay for less than
Wrcallar
Awesome thanks! Will these all work with something like a DX3.0? Does it matter what tx/rx you use? I'm going to install this into an Ansmann hot rod. Going to build a real fast, pimped out hot rod
Wrcallar
I never did get round to doing this but i'm going to do it to my Sprint 2. I can't find the 3 racing ones on eBay anymore :/ How will this set work!? http://www.ebay.co.u...6#ht_1502wt_952 What powers it? Do you think it will do all the function needed e.g. brake lights upon braking? Seems like an awful lot of wires! Thanks, Edited November 11, 2011 by Wrcallar
ed3030
how do these use other channels on your receiver? do they just plug in to spare ports? will they work on a ansmann virus brushless?
