  1. Yesterday
  2. I built from a Sport kit, and yes it was. You could however build one from parts, by ordering direct from Jenny’s in the states. Every order I dodged the tax on the 6x6 axled truck I built too. https://jennysrc.com/collections/trx-4-2021-bronco-92076-4
  3. no need to drive miles to test out your crawler just pop out to the garden
  4. Thanks mate 👍. It's grand having a crawler course in the garden.
  5. I've still got the scar on my shin from trying to video the car on my phone on a tripod and drive it hard at the same time - nearly fainted it hurt so much! And I'm way old enough to know better 🙂 Glad you're enjoying the MT10, I love mine...
  6. Just had a go with the Bronco on the crawler course, not convinced. I'm going to try steelies with brass rings in the front. It seemed to do better with the other wheels.
  7. Black nuts on the front smarty pants 👍
  8. The brass wheels will probably be a good bit heavier than the steelies and might help with grip and cog
  9. Looks good and yes stock shocks seem to work well, looks like your missing a wheel nut
  10. New wheels and tyres on the Bronco. Brass beadlocks, 58mm tyres. I want to see how it performs compared to steelies. I think the only stock parts are the body, battery tray and shocks. Stock shocks are pretty good.
  11. I've just been using mine, smooth as. I've no complaints.
  12. changed my mind on the injora esc, hell of a lot of negative reviews on it, not put the -32% gear set in yet, not sure if it needs it
  13. Whatever the stock ESC is in the Kyosho USA-1 lets me change the settings with one of those LCD boxes. It’s a Hobbywing V1 I think, I can’t find it now to check. I read it’s all to do with what version of the box as Hobbywing changed things along the way when folk were flashing a cheap/clone esc to XeRun firmwares.
  14. Thanks mate 👍. The suspension travel is a little more. The stock shocks have bump stops on the shock shafts that are about 6-8mm. The wheels sit nicely in the arches, under full compression the tyres don't touch. The desert lizard shocks move a lot more and smoother than stock, due to the the springs being way to firm. The driveshafts are fine at full articulation. The high trail servo mount does touch the top of the axle when the n/s front shock is compressed. Stock Trx4 servo mount fixes that.
  15. Wow, now that makes me green with envy! I’d love something like that in my garden 🙌
  16. @steephill That looks so much better, you’ve knocked the gangly right off it! 👍 How is the suspension geometry now-do you still have full travel, all the links clear okay, driveshafts not binding at full compression etc?
  17. Looks awesome trundling over the rocks and decent vid
  18. Glad you like it👍 The injora esc is a good upgrade.
  19. Yes and now tempted to get the Injora ESC so i can use a HotRC right handed radio with it
  20. It's good to hear that you are happy with it 👍
  21. Pleasantly surprised by the Hi trail F-150, it drives nicer than i hoped, has limitations but its not at all bad, video coming to a screen near you today some time, it drives quite different to the FCX24 but again its a nice drive
  22. I think so, its been a while since i have changed settings, i do know i set my punch to 5, no drag brake and 50% reverse
  23. Hey guys, been a little quiet but for a reason! decided to upgrade he vantage more and the weather has been **** on the days I can Speedrun. However I am confident that this will be a lot faster, I added a castle system with a mamba x , had to save a little but was worth it ! the old system couldn’t deform silver Hoons like this! So it has to be considerably faster! And I can go up to 6S so I have lots of options for speed
