Yeah, I guess so. I think he's tuning it to be more crawler focussed, hence the delete of it. He's also fashioned some sway bars using some piano wire and bomber sway bars - the torque twist looks much improved now. It certainly looks like a fun car, and is starting to tempt me into getting something with a bit more speed than my Sandero!

Exocaged on youtube put 1m wt in his centre diff along with a silicon ear plug, but I think he's going to turn his into a crawler!

Hi, and welcome to the slippery slope of upgrading! I don't have a TRX4, so won't comment on any specifics in relation to the model, but my general advice would be to upgrade as it breaks. I was too quick to try and upgrade my Element enduro, and I probably spent more time worrying about what upgrades to get instead of enjoying it! Usual areas to upgrade would be - lowering the centre of gravity. Adding unsprung weight low down is a good way. - Tyres. I believe the traxxas tyres are quite capable, but depending on what you want to do with it, you could look at softer compound tyres. I have some proline BF Goodrich mud terrain in predator compound and they are very sticky! - ESC & Motor. There are lots of options, whether that be brushed or Brushless. I have a HW 1080p Esc paired to a Holmes Hobby Crawlmaster sport in mine, and it does great for what I need. Be sure to post some pictures too!

I have 1, but in the process of building a second. She is not impressed that I have one and I have yet to convince her to have a go to see how much fun they are. I'm not sure I could get away with 9, nevermind ones as large as a xmaxx and trx6!

I think the issue lies with Pat, and agree that KT shouldn't have tried to take him under his wing of he was depressed. If I went to my mates place of work and tried knocking on the door, would I be upset if he was busy? No. The rest is just a load of nonsense. Why then did RC sparks feel the need to get involved is beyond me. Since he stopped YouTube gold and couldnt do loading King's his content was boring, so maybe he's been trying to drum up a load of interest.... Its been said already, but the messages he put on the community posts are a disgrace. With someone with 3.3m subs or whatever, he should know better!

Been out in the garden today on the rockery. It's been dry enough for me to try out my Christmas presents - a set of 4.75 Proline mud terrains in predator compound. They are amazing after using 4.19 Chinese rip off tyres. Feels like I'm cheating! 🤣

Hi all, I bought this as an abandoned project, and finished it to keep me sane during lockdown. Details are as follows : Proline c10 cab, finished in metallic red attached to a vattera ascender cage. The body has more than the required holes, but these have been covered with decals. Scx10ii chassis and gear box in good condition - there has not been a lot of use, as per the pictures. Skid plate and axles don't have had much rock rash. Motor is HPI 35t brushed. Hobbywing 1060 esc with xt60 plug. 20kg bangood servo. Plastic beadlock wheels with chanquish Dick Cepek mud Country tyres. Shocks have had the oil removed in prep for transport. Being axial ones, they tend to leak a little. Please study pictures as they form part of the description. I'm looking for £190 Inc postage. Buyer pays fees. Any questions, please let me know.
