Only pic I've got is of a Traxxas box. Can't remember it, but if it gives you some inspiration. 

Pretty sure the HPI Firestorm flux box sits right on top of the steering servo, no need to drill, just need some standoffs and longer screws. 

Hole to hole on the box is 62mm. Not sure if I have any pics, will take a look. 

Max8 and a castle 1717. Nice big pinion and it's solid on 5s, rocket on 6s

Had the E version myself, great buggy. Just a shame as there wasn't much room under the hood. There was no drive shaft between the centre and rear diff as the centre sat right at the back end(direct link), but one long one from centre to front.

I'd say it's a radio issue. Killswitch is killing the engine due to signal loss,  as it's the same distance each time.  Then as you get close to the model, it has picked up radio signal again.
Are batteries in the transmitter and receiver charged properly?

The antenna on the receiver might have been damaged, can you check that?

You could check to see if it is a radio issue, Flysky GT3B?.  Adjust the end point for the throttle and turn it down but remember original number, so the car doesn't fully rev up, but it revs enough to hear it 30ft out. Sit the model on a box, or take both rear wheels off and sit it on them (so the model can't run away, wheels off the ground). Disconnect the killswitch on the engine side, or if it has a connector inbetween use that. With the model running, walk away while blipping the throttle every second, and see if the model starts to lag or respond differently as you're walking further away. If the throttle sticks open, or doesn't respond, it could well be a radio issue. Might be worth having someone next to the model, incase it decides to go full throttle, so it can be turned off via the kill button and not cause any unwanted wear to the engine.

Using the GT3B, my model starts to get lag at around 80ish meters out (best guess, been a while), but doesn't cut out.

Hottest motor I've seen was a Maverick Vadar XB, 170c... Temp was taken after it "suddenly stopped working". Yeah, that motor was ruined.

Glyphosate (Round up) can kill trees, but you spray that on the leaves and leave it.  But I guess it could still affect the roots if it's used on the soil around it.

If Glyphosate has been used, the tree may already be dead. Is it starting to yellow on the leaves?  Takes around 4-20 days for it to start working, less time on smaller plants.

You want iginition live for power. Constant live is for the radio memory ect. The stock radio in my Astra only has one live wire going to the radio and it's constant live. I'm going to be putting in an aftermarket one soon, so will need to take ignition live from the back of the temp control unit (which I already located).
You could try the live wire from the cig lighter, see if that only powers on with ignition. I couldn't use that on mine, as it's constant live. Fuel relay should be ignition live too.

Will need you multimeter to find one, In short... You want one with power that only shows 12v when the ignition is on, and nothing with the ignition off.

Double check all your radio pins, You might have one wired the wrong way, might have ignition live sat there.

WTF... Had enough time to disconnect the pack, take it to the bathroom AND get a camera, but wouldn't take it outside AWAY from family and home... Time it took him to do that he coulda got in his car, gone to B&Q and got a metal bucket and a bag of sand.

Had a LiPo swell while in use in the bedroom (faulty ESC), flung that grenade out the window, then went to investigate....

There was no footage of the Drone at Gatwick. All those "eye witnesses(115)" and no footage. Considering some reported the drone was flying down the runways (Could be lies, but who knows), and no footage what so ever...  But since the Drone incident, the value of Gatwick dropped, then 50% was sold off....

There is far more to it than this...

Then there is the silly things like.... Shine a laser pen at an aircraft, chances are you will be caught, but they can't track a drone that closed an airport for 36 hours, then additional hours the next day, although if I remember correctly the second sightings were infact the lights on top of cranes... Should of gone to specsavers.

Who knows of battery technology that will sustain flight for that long?

This will end up ruining the hobby for people, like that couple that were arrested for 36 hours....

Never had any issues with Wheelspin or Apex with delivery. For me they are/were on par with MS.

Use a hair dryer, and bend the back bracket slightly.
For an oven to be hot enough to make a difference, it will melt any plastic on the board (cable clips) and ruin it... And stink the house out.

Or, bend back bracket, put it together and wrap it in a towel to make it overheat

If it does ever work again, it will eventually break again, so it would be much easier, and less hassle to buy another.

That's the one. Dual starter on it too. It's quite a big motor though, so not sure what fitment is like with Hypers.

From what I remember, people had issues with the OWB, but I used a starter box and had no issues what so ever.

I had a Dynamite "Big Red" in my HPI pulse. Best nitro motor I've ever used. Amazing bit of kit. The buggy was like a rocket.

Force 28 are also decent. Reasonably priced too.

Ah, sorry man... Not sure if there is a way to get around a scratch. Maybe some glass scratch polisher stuff... (it's slightly abrasive and slowly takes layers away) But I have no idea how that would affect a disc.
Though, might be easier to get a replacement of said disc.

Xbox 360? Probably a stripdown to gently clean the lense... Or blast some compressed air into the drive.
If those doesn't work, you'll have to buy a new one (or second hand) IIRC, you can't replace the drives, as they are paired with the motherboard.
