HPI Baja Video Shame it didnt go over how to treat the engine over the first tank or so but i guess thats described in the manual which this fella did tell you to read

  3. Hi Brett, wasn't avoiding anyone, it was a last minute decision before the rain came! (It didn't rain after all.) Your lipos will be fine on that setting, just don't leave them empty, storage voltage is 60% capacity. Now lets get back to bashing!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. *puts on old insurance hat and hates himself a little* never eeeeeevvvveeerr use comparison sites, the companies that quote prices on them have paid to be in there and without exception will be more expensive than if you were to call them direct. all these stories of "I was quoted a £27463547 premium, that's ricockulous!" are also little misleading unfortunately as a massive quote is essentially the company saying that they don't want your business as it would loose money if you ever made a claim The trick is to spend a boring day of hard work on the phone or individual websites and contact the companies separately. Remember if you speak to someone on the phone for a quote, be nice to them as they can make a real difference to the price if they know how the policy works. good customer service an all that...you speak to them like dirt however... *takes off insurance hat and cries a little*

  12. Hi. I'm still using a nimh receiver pack and have not run it down far enough for the voltage cut off to kick in. I normally go out for a couple of hours and still have some charge left so i'll have to stay out a bit longer or increase the cut off point and see if I can get it to kick in. I had a kill switch for a petrol car so why not a nitro. They might not weigh as much but could still do some damage to someone and the car if it decides to shoot off on it's own.
