hoss Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 took my lad an my nephew up the park today firstly so my son,connor (10) could run his new anasmann royal flash an second to show my nephew (14) the bmx track that i take my RC stuff to an that he has never seen its a MASSIVE outdoor bmx track with some seriously big jumps anyway my lad,was jumping his car about,until he ran out of batterys then they bothed started,playing on the bmx doing some small jumps,an generally having some fun an i remembered my youth,an i was VERY good way back when so me being me (now 37,an not in good health),,,,,,,,,,thought i bet i can still do some,of the old magic (bet you can see this coming lol) so off i went,did a couple,not to bad,hurt like hell though (those that know me will understand) anyway decided to go bigger,so while doing a jump over a table top,landed bad (my knee gave out) an fell off BAD well i popped my knee out of its socket (AGAIN han both replaced in 95) broke my left ankle (AGAIN shattered both in a fall in 2000,an now very weak,an generally knackered) scratched my forhead,as face planted lol an generally made myself look a fool infront of my son an nephew lol so moral is,,,,,,,,,,DADS,,,,,,,,yes your too old,,,,,,,,,,,,just remember the good times,as trying to do it again doesnt work :lol: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

hoss Posted December 30, 2008 Author Share Posted December 30, 2008 (edited) well i had my knees replaced in 1995 an was born in 1971 so i was only 24 at the time an i have been loosing my hair for years,although it doesnt bother me in the slightist,as i shave my head anyway lol an your right i do use a stick a lot of the time as when i had my fall in 2000,i also broke my back in 5 places an it shuts my right leg down quite often an i collapse so have a stick with me a lot but iam too dam stubble to give in an often,like today,i do WAY too much lol an i had a grip,but i sort of lost it lol :lol: Edited December 30, 2008 by hoss Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
