Whats the best method of starting?

Hi, wondering wat evry1 thinks the best startin method is.

End of the day there is no "best way" there is only a preference of how you wanna start it.

Each has their own advantage and disadvantage though,

I think pullstarts are good for carrying less equipment but they are a pain when they break.The starter box is the better way for buggys and rotastart for trucks in my opinion....

Im happy sticking to pull start for several reasons:

-I dont need to lug a starter box about.

-My batteries wont give up meaning I have to go home.

-I dont risk killing my OWB with a rotostart.

-I can feel when its flooded.

If your car is properly tuned then itll start after a couple of tugs anyways. And as long as you dont pull the pull start out too far you have very little chance of breaking it either.

Yeah in a ideal world,pull starts would be fine.But how many of us get frustrated with them and pull to far?

Mine used to be a bugger no matter what I used, starter box or pull start. Thats why I gave up.

starter box all the way for me never had any problems since i bought one

starterbox is what i would say is the easiest way as in quickness to start

but then pullstart is easy because you dont have to carry anything around but they do break easily

and personaly i dont like roto starts, you have to charge up batterys, carry it around and it breaks

How does a starter box work??? Do I need to get one specifically for my car or will one start anything?

since my pull start brakes all the time starter boxi havent used one but i think it works by turning the fly wheel not totaly sure though

Had to go with pull start as its the easiest. for the above mentioned reasons.

Yes its a bugger if it breaks, but its easier to repair than a OWB. (Carry a spare)
