E Revo batteries

Morning all,

 

just got an E Revo as a 40th birthday present and I’m very excited 😂

 

I have quite a few non traxxas 3s lipos for my other models but can I use them with the E Revo? Is there such thing as a connector / converter to connect the non traxxas batteries to the E Revo?

 

been out of the game for a while, I should know this really 😂

I'd imagine it'll come fitted with Traxxas' own connectors standard. You've obviously got the option of cutting them off and soldering whatever you use, making yourself up an adaptor or buying one.

like reggie said easily done  noddy, are the 3s lipos the same connector types or all different ? obv theres male and female ends so need to get that right so you could either use adaptor or if any good with soldering iron change the connectors over.

but shop around prices vary some sellers on ebay will make you custom ones too they usually come in two types one solid connectors or some with a length of wire between depending on how much room you have to play with 👍

like said above though make sure you get the right end ie male or female if you get stuck post a pic of the esc end and those 3s and we can guide ya noddy 👍

can non Traxxas batteries be charged on traxxas ID chargers? Is there a connector that converts the balance lead and deans into TRX?
