reely carbon fighter 3 carb settings

Hi everyone i'm new to here but would like to ask if someone could help me ,

I have just bought a secondhand car that needs the carb  hi  and low screw adjusting , can someone tell me a good starting point ie. number of turn to screw them out to begin with before tuning it further as the previous guy messed it up.
