HPI Savage X Special Edition Valuation

Hi,

I have one of these:

HPI Savage X 4.6 Special Edition RTR 2.4GHz Monster Truck Dodge Charger

https://www.hpiracing.com/en/kit/101736

that I bought new when they were release. I still have the box, the truck and the TX but not so sure about the other little bits. The Roto Start is not available as my nephew has taken that.

I don't get time to use it any more and it hasn't been used for several years (so I guess I'd need to start it and check it still runs).

If I were to sell this, what would it be worth? How much should I try and list it for sale for?

thanks!

How much do you want to get out of it?

Truthfully....It's an HPI Savage ... and hte only 'sp[ecial' thing about this edition was the shell.

As to price....well....how about putting up some pictures of the actual car?  If you want to sell it to a collector, it needs to be pristine, unmarked and in a decent satate, as should hte box be. With all the bits...including the rotostart.
With the whole thing looking like the HPI pictures, with the manual and leaflets etc.

Once you get away from that to the 'shell has a few scuffs and a little split at the back' territory....well, it's just a Savage, and forget the 'limited edition' stuff. Check on E-Bay and prices seem to vary hugely, with some projects and scruffy examples startiong at £150 reight up to total chancers thinking their old Savage 25 is worth £400+  Whether those high prices are ever actually got, I couldn't say.  I have a couple of Savages that I have owned for a while, and neither stand me anything like that sort of money...well...maybe Truckzilla.... but then when you get offered a genuine HPI twin motor XL chassis kit with the dual fuel tank and exahusts..... you buy it.
