Problem with FTX Outback Mini 1

Hey folks, I have the 1st gen Outback mini which I bought used. It worked fine when I got it, then sat on a shelf for a while.

I got it out today and it has absolutely zero pulling power. Electronics all seem to work, but if I hold down full throttle it can barely start itself rolling (see Video of issue). It feels as if the battery is almost dead, except it isn't. I've tested it with the stock nimh battery as well as multiple brand new 1s lipos with the same results.

 

Anyone got a suggestion of what I could check?

Problem was the nut behind the wheel (me).

Has forgotten there's a pot on the remote that limits the throttle. It was turned all the way down.

I'll just go and sit in a corner with my dunce hat on.
