Redcat hires jeff johns as president

Phoenix, Arizona, December 10, 2018 – Redcat Racing the premier source for quality gas, nitro and electric powered RC vehicles, today announced that the company has hired Jeff Johns as company President.  As President, Jeff will assume responsibility of all day to day leadership of the company.

Jeff is a 20-year veteran in the hobby grade remote control industry.  He began his career in the hobby industry in 1998 with HPI and then in 2005 was founder, co-owner and President/CEO of Axial, a manufacturer of high end RC products and accessories.  Under Jeff’s leadership he grew the company’s product offering and developed a successful international brand which was acquired by Hobbico in early 2012 and continued on as Vice President of Axial R/C Inc. until joining the Redcat team.
