Wheels are brand new aluminium beadlock wheels never used or fitted to an rc, tyres are Axial ripsaw tyres and foams used maybe twice at the most when i first got my kit Wraith and then sat in a draw ever since, Wheels were £40 alone so your getting tyres for £10, I believe these are reasonably priced but will listen to reasonable offers.
