I’ve paid but no goods

Can anyone advise me on what to do about not receiving the goods I’ve paid for via bank transfer off a gold forum member on here?

I have been waiting now for two weeks.

Try and contact the member it just maybe that there on holiday, that's why should always pay via PayPal.

Its usually best to private chat with staff members and member. These threads often turn out good just over thinking. But then sometimes scams do happen but its rare on here.

Is the person still replying?

If they're totally ignoring you, I'd maybe try again, wait another couple of days and if no replies and no items, contact your bank.

The banks CAN retreive your money, but they don't actually have to, most will though, especially if you're a decent customer.

I've had to do it twice with Natwest and they've always been great for me.
