Is there a go to shock upgrade for the scx10 that isnt mega money. Ide be very happy at £20 but ok with £30.

Its for my kids pink barbie jeep so if any girly ones around that perform as good as good shocks. Having spares easy to get would be nice too.

(Her axial shocks are down cos i stupidly threw away her shock perch from one of the scx10 dingo kit shocks. After holding ir in my hand thinking wow that looks just like a shock perch. Cant be. I binned it weeks later noticed the truck limping and realised it was her shock perch. I thought it was from a toy tie down lol. The ones you just twist and pull)

It has cheap internal spring shocks atm but ive ruined them trying to firm them up. Streched out the spring now the rear feels like leaf springs i swear and the front jelly.

Result, one sick Barbie :/

Aeration gmade was a top choice mayb price put me off though but im more willing this time.

Losi comp crawler shocks.

IMO, having used all, I'd rate them above Kings and Powerstrokes and a lot of people on some of the crawler groups on FB would agree.

Second hand they can easily be had for around £30 in really good condition.

Slightly longer than the stock shocks, but you can easily shorten them if you want to.

You'll just need a small standoff for them, which I believe they come with as standard, so often already have them with them second hand and you won't ever need to worry about buying shocks again, they're brilliant :good:

Ill have a look mate, but was thinking more direct fit but it does make sense for spares needed etc too.

These ones?  Usa though not gambling that. Tjey do look the part though.

That's the ones, and those come with standoffs too, they are a direct fit bud, but without the standoff, the spring will rub the chassis.

Other than that, they are a perfect fit, been running them on mine for years, just changed the oil in them tonight, after not been changed for over 6 months, oil didn't have a single spot of dirt in it, and you have seen what my SCX10 goes through!

I know @Shortie has some, not sure if he has sold them yet or not.
