I would be interested too too see what other people have. I spend my summer taking my Subaru to shows and event. I'm all out of Jap cars at the moment, but have had many over the years including 3 Subaru Impreza Wagons (first UK wagon to break the 300bhp barrier back in the day), a JDM STI9, a Prodrived up H6 Legacy Outback, 2 Supras, 3 Skylines and the missus has had a 300ZX and 2 Scoobies before kids came along. Current steer is an AMG estate. First Scooby Prodrive Wagon, seems incredible now, but no one knew what they were back then...same year McRae won the WRC My old Classic Wagon 370bhp with ALS Wife’s old Bugeye 350bhp Her old Blob eye 320bhp My old Blobeye JDM Sti9 Twin Scroll DCCD The old hawkeye wagon; Legacy Outback H6R The R34 GTR V Spec II Nur 700bhp R33 GTS-T Track car 450bhp R32 GTR 550bhp Wife’s old 300ZX Supra UK TT6 Supra 600bhp ^ They were all pre kids, sold the R34 shortly after the first was born, all the rest are also long gone, fantastic cars all of them, each one modified, an awful lot of work, blood sweat and tears went into that lot but many awesome memories and friends along the way. Happy Days The new ride is underpowered compared to some of those at 585bhp stock and 1900 odd kg but it’s still plenty quick and could easily have the wick turned up to 700 odd bhp but its powerful enough as is for RWD. b_hawk111 Posted January 5, 2018 Share Posted January 5, 2018 (edited) Yer I like cars! currently got a mk1 MX5 in the garage, having a bit of work over winter, last year i supercharged it and last thing I managed was got it mapped so its now running 190bhp which I'm pleased with! its now getting new brakes, coilovers, LSD, underseal, ali rad, coolant reroute, and clean up all the wishbones and alignment bolts, Should be good when its done!! DSC_0067 by ben hawkes, on Flickr Love mx5's I had a eunos with a g19 engineering turbo kit fitted. Didn't ever get round to fitting an ecu though so wasn't ever driven properly. Was a good laugh, didnt have money at the time for a propper ecu and a map, so i ended up playing with timing and turning boost up. It went South around 2004 on imho, think it was around then that the forum was sold. We were pioneers in the beginning, pushing the tuning to unknown levels and lots of misinformation and debate, R&D, It was trial and error. Now the tuning paths are well trodden with lots of tuners. The people with the hard earned knowledge from the outset have mostly moved on. When I had my first Subaru, a 2002 wrx about 10 years ago, I went on their for a bit and it was absolutely crawling with a** holes.
