BigSupes
Howdy peeps, I recently bought a HPI Baja 5b that was in pieces and I'm currently trying to bring it back to life. We're hopefully almost there. It has a 29cc zenoah motor and after not started and flooding quite badly, I have fitted a new walbro 990 carb, new head, piston ring, new fuel filter and fuel lines, ignition coil and spark plug. Still not starting, but the list of elimination is very small now so I'm hoping it's something small. Any tips would be appreciated! BigSupes
A slight bit of progress... So, after removing the plug and adding a few drops of fuel to the cylinder she sprang to life for a second. Ignition and compression must be ok. The primer bulb on the carb is priming nicely. Maybe I have an air lock on the system (as they're new fuel lines)? Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
