Android box / Amazon box etc for Kodi - any recommendations

Got a Humax box but iplayer no longer supported after Sept so looking for new box with a bit more such as Kodi. Will want ethernet connection. I already use Kodi on other devices. Anyone got good experiences with any Android boxes or alternatives? Droidbox, nvidia?

I installed kodi on the firestick but it was Laggy and stuttered in places. It's meant to run much nicer on the firebox. If you don't have amazon prime obviously better going for an android box or similar.

Got a Nexbox A95X Amlogic S905X for £25, which is small and runs Kodi, so can now watch iplayer etc.
