As in you get a code which you enter into your xbox/ps/pc and get the game digitally. Instead of having a hard copy. It's 100% trust worthy, for like an extra quid you get "insurance" so if your code doesn't work for what ever reason then you get a FULL refund from G2A no questions asked.
