Wilga-2000 Trainer EPO 1160mm from hobby king - is this right?

hi guys

 

ive juts bought my first powered plane and used hk as it had a lot of deals etc.

 

I bought the wilga 2000 and after a long wait it eventually arrived...

 

first of all there are no instrcutions...juts a plane cardboard box , is this right>?

 

secondly there was some damage to the plane, the cowling split and til creased

 

the cowling was glued on already but from what I can see (w/o the destructions)  u need to build up the ply box that's holds motor, cant see how that's done if cowling is already glued in place..is this right and im being stupid or is this second hand?

 

finally for those who haven't used hk before the return process is awkward and a week after applying for return and still waiting to hear from them.

 

any help guy from those who have this kit much appreciated
