ok here is a few pics of my seized engine , I know you guys like pics so give me your thoughts ,

Stripped engine down ready for new g320 promax , surprised how much grass was in the car .

Pulled plug out eventually , thought colour was ok ? .

Unable to pull piston out of head , looks a bit dark in there .

Mark you where right , quite easy to pull engine out ( 30 mins ) don't know about going back together though .

Good exercise though to see how it all goes , just gotta do diff oil and seals

Why did the engine seize? Hope you don't do it to the ProMX :lol:

Don't know why it seized , plug colour looks ok , maybe running full throttle to long , hoping you guys can throw some light on it

Deffo heat seize Dave we where belting round all day...lol and when I stopped to clean the grass outa mine you kept on blasting..

case outerwears or mesh mod stops the grass biuld up around the coil/head just have to fish it out from under the engine..;)

Just been out for another mess with the car , and new axle hub boots needed , what you all recommend

You got the hd drive haven't you Dave? You need sc boots if you have.

Iv gone for the gray ones because someone said the grease melts the black ones ? Dont no but I went for gray :)

It depends on the grease you use. You cannot use petroleum based grease with them. Fast eddy grease is safe with the black hostiles.
