it should b half decent being a koysho as they have been around for quite a while now......chk parts avalibity before u bash it so u know whats on hand if u brake it.... Edited by evssv

Very brittle with the stock chassis, as the name suggests, its a race machine so expect to be changings diffs etc regular. I had the VE and although I got it tuned perfect with power and handling, I was scared to bump it.

Hyper 7 diffs will also fit then. Kyosho use a helical cut diff pinion which fails regular so putting a straight cut in and a hyper diff sorts out the driveline.

BarnetBasher ran his Hong Nor on Kyosho diffs a while back.

Cool, thanks for the info.  My x1 has the hardened straight cut diffs so all good there, though the x1 CRT I have ready to convert could poss have plastic diff's in.  Fwiw Hyper 7 centre diffs are slightly shorter the the HN ones - I'll compare F+R when I do the CRT next month.

Had a ago of my car today,(had to borrow a friends lipos) but damn this thing is fast,i think its definately on par if not faster than my nitro hyper cage buggy,think this calls for a drag race when i get the chance (another person to control the other car lol) made up with my purchase,
