1/35 trail truck kit

Got the elecrickery bits sorted. Will be using the Spekrum RX/ESC unit that came with my Trail Trekker and the Losi LiPo which is higher capacity and smaller than the LiPo they supply. Will be plenty of room with this set-up. The Trail Trekker / Landy project will be getting new electric gear anyway.

The car hasn't been shipped yet. Hopefully their 10 to 15 day estimate for shipping is accurate Already have the electrics.

Don't know if there will be any customs charges as a lot of their orders get through without it. Thry do have an EU warehouse but they don't stock the kit here. Hopefully someone else will start distributing the kit here as it looks like being really popular.

Unfortunately in my country customs open every package (I have to go there to get it and open it in front of a customs officer) and asks for proof of payment (paypal email printed on paper). So I most likely have to pay 24% vat (it applies for anything over $10 and the kit is way over that)

Still waiting for my order to ship but at least it now shows ships in 6 to 9 days instead of 10 to 15 days.

Email from Banggood this morning advising they expect to ship in 11 days. Who knows one day it might actually arrive.

also wish they would send 10,000 units to uk warehouse and make a killing if they are a nice enough kit and clean.

Website say available on the 26th so maybe. If it turns out as good as it looks should be a bit hit. Just don't do a Losi though and discontinue a best seller.

I'd really love to order one of these but I find it difficult to have any trust in these kind of sites,

I have used them in the past and there always seems to be problem of one sort or another.

Ordered on the 15th Feb so I'll give it until the 15th April before giving up. Oh well at least I've got the Landy Trail Trekker. Just waiting for the mud and dust effects sets to arrive and will get the Landy properly dirty.

I hope they hurry up too lol. I saw a motor on ebay with the gears just like these trucks use. I'm really interested in getting one but like theo don't trust sites like banggood they just seem off for some reason just the website layout Idk why or what but I think it's justified by the service your getting mate. But since the price is so good ill order once you've proven them.
