fatboyslimdrift
can some one explain the difference of a 2200 and a 2650 motor please and what application there both suited for cheers
Tug
The lower Kv is better suited to heavier vehicles, like MTs and truggy's. The higher kv is better for buggys. Low kv = more torque. High kv = more rpm. Lower Kv tends to handle higher voltages. Higher kv is best for lower voltages. This isn't because it isn't rated for higher voltages, but due to its rpm limit. More voltage will induce more rotor speed.
fatboyslimdrift
so would the 2650 be acceptable for a 1/10 touring car like the serpent
Oh How Original
You don't want a 1/8 scale motor in a 1/10 touring car. You need to be looking at 1/10 (540 size) motors.
