Could you a Tamiya e.g.

TA01, TA02, TB01, DF03RA, XV01.

Others make such as "Rally Legends" do chassis and Group B bodies together.

There used to be a company who did a few Group B bodies, called Controlfreax. Unfortunately they have gone :(.

Tamiya do a Escort Cosworth body, good for Group N.

Most Tamiyas make a good rally base, TB01's and XV01's were designed for it as was the DF03RA.

TA01/02's are good off-roaders and handle well, but after that the TA series are road only without a few mods.

TT01 can be modded with a Dremel for more clearance, and the TL01 has good height but it's spine style chassis can leave the battery open to damage.

Fast trax tyres are good and grippy, but a little softer than Tamiyas. HPI do Pirelli tyres that look the dogs and grip really well to.

Have to agree with Tonysmini, the HPI tyres are outstanding. Good grip, don't get too clogged with muck and look like proper gravel tyres too.

The price is also pretty good.

I have run both the D and S compounds, S much gripper and also better in the cold weather.

Even though it is not 4WD the Tamiya M05RA is actually really good. If you get a Hobbywing Dust proof and water proof esc and 13t brushless motor combo, you will be going very fast. Even faster with a 2s Lipo. They can come with a Swift S1600 shell or a Alpine A110. The FWD M05 chassis has tones of hop up options and lots of spares available. I don't know if you can still buy the M05RA Renault 5 Turbo Kit, as that fits the group B requirement.

I got the Renault 5 M-05ra for Christmas. Took a little hunting around but there are a few still out there. Only just finished the build and not run other then around the house so far, but handling looks to be very crisp.

Technically it's not Group B as it's a 1981 spec Renault (so Group 4) the Group B spec one was a couple of years later, has a bigger spoiler on the rear of the roof, and was called the Renault 5 Maxi Turbo.

I'll take my anorak off now!
