rcnewb1e Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 yet again it is me but i am new so have some questions, when i run my car occasionally it will gain a mind of it own and run in circles, for example if i turn a corner sometimes it will just go round in circles without me doing anything is this a common fault or a sign of low battery or something? I assume that you have read the instructions on how to setup the esc and how to setup the fail safe feature?? Also is the Rx/Tx( receiver/transmitter) the newer 2.4ghz or the older 40mhz? grampy Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 I had a similar problem when I had mine new,it would have a mind of its own but I had steering. it was the esc ms sent a new one and all seams good. do you lose steering? insanejim69 Posted February 16, 2014 Share Posted February 16, 2014 I do apologise for being quite blunt here, but IMO the electronics supplied with the vantage and carnage, whether it be brushed or brushless is not good quality at all. They are ok for getting you into a R/C car being RTR, but they should be the first items replaced as soon as funds allow for more robust and better quality items, will make running the buggy alot better and less stressful.
