I had a Sand Scorcher back in the day, but it ended up looking a bit rougher than your Rough Rider (pardon the pun), can you post some pics with the shell off?

Concourse condition.

The Sand Scorcher body was probably the hardest body I've ever painted up, I had problems with masking tape, paint, everything

went south on that build. I ended up stripping the shell 3 times and switched to Halfords car paint. Then followed hours of cutting back

and micro meshing the paint work followed by 4 coats of clear lacquer and then polishing again. I must be mad ! ;)

Took the losi 8ight 4.0e out for its maiden run this morning, my friend came along with his hobao hyper vse. The difference between the castle 2650kv 4s setup in my losi and the 2000kv 4s setup in his hobao was shocking, You would have thought the hyper was running on a 3s battery.

Time for another Scorcher body to be painted up.

This one will be for running so not box art colours.  Drivers head glued and filled and a shot of primer to start, the body has had the nose fitted, seams removed.

Possibly primer this week.
