Axial SCX-10 - Stock shocks setup advise

Hi guys 

 

I just wondered how you guys run your shocks.

 

Stiff or soft. What wt oil and how much oil in the shocks.

 

Mine since being built have been very stiff - think i have to thick oil or over filled them.

 

When i drove the truck it was bouncing all over the place. See video

 

Any advise greatly received

30wt oil is about perfect, fill them up 7/8 of the way up too, make sure no air and work the piston while your tightening up the top.

Never had a problem with them being too stiff though but they do tend to be on the bouncy side also the tires will make it bounce too....
