Does sound like fuel starvation at high revs....

Check the tank breather and the fuel lines. They get hard and brittle with time, and it's worth replacing them. Watch for any kinks or splits.

It's easy to check for a blocked breather.... just take the fuel cap off and see if the problem goes away. That would restrict fuel flow... and at high revs, it will be most obvious.

Yeah there's a little walbro fliter in the fuel tank connected onto one of the fuel lines and that seems okay as I've removed it and blew through it. Lines are all okay. There is a little connector on one of the clear fuel line where it looks like it's been chopped and reconected at some point. Could this cause anything?

Yeah I will mate and no ill have to buy one. I've tried tuning it but still no joy. When I start it from cold how long should I leave it to warm up?

I might end up just getting a new engine for it save all the mess haha. That's if I can find a cheap one anywhere

its not hard mate theres plenty of vids on youtube if ya get stuck. In case you dont know your motor is not a zen g230 2 bolt;)
