    yes third pary wheels would fit providing hex size is 12mm, BTW its a landfreeder, not feeder lol, can you do me a favour, flip your defender over and rotate the back wheels see if front ones turn, not sure if i made a mistake on my build, and spraying mine purple/black as its for my wife

    Gaz, i support what your saying, to me the only half decent one is a Mauler once it has been stripped and rebuilt with decent parts and care

    decided to try score and snap, wow it does work well, making progress, servo waterproofed, just waterproofed esc, about ready to mask up and spray the purple, but waiting on some custom vinyl stickers

    No not a fan of Jeep, some of there 4x4`s are pretty good, but kudos to Carisma for daring to be different, just does not appeal to me

    £280 ish so not a horrible price, just a horrible shell, sorry but really dont like range rovers or defenders, or series ones

    Hobbyking is the place to buy lipo`s, a pair of 3s say 30c lipos wont give you 60c, but something near 40c, the higher c rating will help keep the speed up under load

    If you can pick up a good used Naza m v1 or v2 then build one, still think a blade will be a good choice, the Hubsan is okay

    did you get your quad? if not look on ebay for a used blade 350 qx3 or blade glimpse, has a lot of flight modes including RTH and GPS but can also be flown in crazy stunt mode, though if it was me i would be building a drone........hang on a minute thats what i have been doing for years, latest one is a 600 Quad with Naza and 3108 sunnysky motors

    convert it to brushless but this will cost, i think you would need new esc, and that would ,mean new radio and receiver

    Sort of in the market for a Mauler, this is for a project so looking for a cheap one that i would strip right down and rebuild with decent parts, but must have original body, dont mind marks and scuffs, also dont need radio, no silly prices as they are only £159 new RTR

    Happy days.......Landfreeder kit and radio has arrived, will start build in next day or so

    I have been mulling over the idea of getting a trail rig for the wife to drive, then instead of me sloping of on my own she can join me for walks and trailing, so ordered a landfreeder for her, this will be painted purple/black and yes it will have a "powered by fairy dust" sticker, the build should start in a few days
