Don't mean to sound like a snob here but for sub £200 you're not going to score anything of any quality whatsoever.
If it is just a Mog look you are after the cheapest option will be a second hand chassis of some sort then put a mog body on. Happy Days...
Else save your pennies and build something nice later when the funds are there I'd say.....
I do love a Mog mind!! Goodluck!

Blimey I see old Talbot earns between 40k a year to £620k mind you looks a bit naughty as he claims it’s a US channel 😂

Had to get fuel yesterday in the end and oh my what a pain in the arris!!!! All the idiots panic buying has now caused a major issue... I bet they still bog roll from the last lock down too!!!!🤣

hey guys
anyone invested in anything? lets say i have 100k, what would you lot invest in for growth? been reading alot about this but still quite confusing. in a nutshell, you lock your money for about 20 years then you can either get the money out yourself or the money can go into your bank weekly. i think that is right.

@Nick There are tax scams that can alleviate some of this stamp duty. There are also completely different rules for commercial property. All that said, one still needs a decent chunk of cash to get started and a wise accountant to boot. Like most of these things and as @bertberrcomments, once you are on the ladder it all becomes an awful lot easier as more doors open.
Personally, I have generally always made purchases or sales when I have wanted to. I do have some classic cars, and whilst I have made some money occasionally, I generally break even or lose it! 🙈😂

The trouble currently is that most markets are already inflated or peaked and are due some sort of levelling/dip.
If time is on your side it may be worth waiting for the crash and invest then. If not then property is generally fine for the long haul. I have heard good things about commercial property but no personal experience.
I don't know where you are based but there are certainly parts of the country you can buy property outright for £100k, or if you can organise the mortgages then possibly a few...

That’s it I’m done with RCMart last 3 orders have been a nightmare

The MT410 combo deal on RPRC is awfully tempting 🤤🙄

WW3!!! Hehe...
I also run the 2200kv combo in mine on 4S and larger 6s Backflips and think it's plenty for what I need. I'm either on a 15 or 16T pinion....
As to ERC, I put stuff in the basket and it generated a very modest shipping cost and didn't mention taxes... I didn't think any of the Brexit euro stuff was happening yet personally but could always be wrong...

I guess when you consider a Max 8 combo is £150/60 then it doesn't seem a super deal. That said I don't know what the usual price of the motor and servo are in that deal - the servo is certainly speedy for the torque it offers...
Tbh I don't find RPRC that cheap period but I'm glad they have all the stock 👍.
Just noticed that ERC have the EB48 2.0 for £100 cheaper than RPRC and that's with shipping..... Was really hoping to get my mitts on an ET but I think they're a month or 2 off.... Not sure how a small wheeled basher would do me..

Righto... I have an update here... Well, sort of...
Last night I decided I will cancel my order in the morning... Just thought I'd quickly check tracking again.... And the status has now changed with suggestion that it has now been put on an aeroplane....
We'll see , I'll update if anything turns up...
And chances are that if mine turns up so will everyone elses!!..

I also have an RCMart package sat in Hong Kong airport from the beginning of April.... I wouldn't mind but their website clearly said HK post stopped now so we have arranged other couriers but it will cost more, so like a fool I swallowed it.... Then 3 weeks later I follow tracking and the buggers have used HK post!!???..
Wrote to them and they offered me $6 credit and some diversionary tale as to why HK post were used, which naturally I wrote back to explaining this was not satisfactory... 2 hrs later I get an email saying they've deposited $6 and the world is a big happy place now ' buy more RC stuff Mr'...
Apparently we are not allowed to swear on this forum, but I'll let you sit back and imagine just which excellent expletives went through my mind!
I completely understand the world is in a bad place right now but lying and overcharging isn't the best practice ever!!..
Still deciding what to do tbh.. I certainly have grounds for a refund under the misinformation / bare face lying act!🤣 The trouble is that they have us over a barrel.....
Goodluck with your case mate
