  1. Might sound daft but how did the esc smell? I got one the same time as you and it smells like it’s already smoked got to fit and test it yet though.
  2. A few goodies to get my hyper 7 up and running again and for my MT build
  3. As above, cash waiting
  4. Has anyone got any compatible receivers for the MT4?
  5. I think I have two in the man cave bud, they were made for me by Stuart before he started making the ripple killers, I’m not 100% where they are but I’ll have a look over the weekend
  6. The Hobbywing quicrun 150a is probably the best option, only around £55-£60 on eBay from China and very good for the money. If budget can stretch a little more then maybe look at the Hobbywing Max8 Quicrun 150a Max8
  7. Send me some pics please mate
  8. Anyone have a set of hyper 7 rear shocks, or some suitable ones in nice condition? I can can buy a new set off eBay for £12.99 but I thought I would ask here first cash waiting
  9. Or even this combo https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F152878784261
  10. I wouldn’t get that motor, the esc is awesome but you would be better with something like a Hobbywing 3656 4000kv
  11. Truggy’s generally run different internal ratios in the front and rear diffs to compensate for the extra weight and larger tyres. Could be possible that HobbyKing cut corners with the berserker and put some buggy diffs in there that they had lying around
  12. As far as I know they have all got the kit version, well pre built roller anyway. Id get one myself but I already have two hyper rollers in the man cave that don’t get used at the moment....hopefully this year they will come out of retirement
  13. I can vouch for the VS, I know a few people who have them and they are great bashers being a buggy though the shock towers tend to bend on a bad (upside down) landing but I believe you can fit the hyper 8.5 CNC towers
  14. 153 x 43 x 26mm, give or take a mm or two.
  15. Good condition, cells balance nicely, always storage charged and never over discharged. Outer heatshrink and labels have slight rips and wear in places but that’s usual wear and tear. Fitted with 5.5mm bullets (possibly 5mm, can’t quite remember) £30 posted for the pair, buyer to cover fees please. SOLD Also got a Turnigy Bolt high voltage 6s 3400mah 65-130C LiHV lipo for sale, this has only been used on two outings but has a little swelling on one of the outer cells so it’s going for the bargain price of £20 posted, buyer to pay fees. All cells seem to be fine when charging and storage charging so I don’t see why it will cause any problems. Again this has 5.5mm bullet connectors. 145 x 45 x 45mm
  16. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F372149627718
  17. Traxxas use sleeved screws for their shock mounts, I’ll get you a link
