that was something else i noticed when it was all fitted up, but yes, it fits with no adverse bending or crimping of the motor wires.

When I looked a month or so ago, I could find RTR in Europe but kits I could only find from the states.

Same with the SCX10 II kit, ended up trying an Outlaw as a budget Yeti alternative instead

The post system sucks at the mo, I've had 1st class stuff take 3/4 days to turn up and 2nd class turn up next day

Your (and my) RCMart orders actually arrived before they were even sent... Ordered on the same day!  

yeah i ordered them on a tuesday, after i contacted them, they said they been posted the following monday, still, fingers crossed for tomorrow

All comes with practice and the right temperature iron.  doesn't have to be pretty at first, as long as it works.

i think the fact i still technically 'owe' them 700 odd quid as the money is yet to be taken from my account, the 250 odd quid coming in was held 'just incase' i decided not to pay, i keep meaning to turn the pay after delivery option off, but i always forget, infact i still havnt done it now

You really needs to get a fresh key cut for that ball and chain so you can take it off once in a while

If my ebay goes to plan I'm going to flip a coin on getting the mini glande I'm not sure yet tho. All I know right now is it's cutie build from all metal and my youngest would love it with my eldest using the scx10.  

Ofcourse I'll enjoy them for the tinkering but going slow isn't for me really but I love messing about with them. 

Also a condition of the coin flip will be price I think around 200 right now.  Probably be in for a shock tho. 

i did think about it, but its nearly a 100 mile round trip to where its currently sat, so i paid the fee's online as soon as the bill dropped this morning, the trackings updated to 'delivery scheduled' so super optimistically hoping for delivery tomorrow, despite it being a saturday, if not i expect it will be tuesday, just intime for me to have to leave it for a week as im away with work

don't even go there with scale RC's you pay more for bits and bobs than what you payed for the RC itself that's one reason why I want to stop getting scale RC's but I can't

Maybe it is the motor mount then as I'm on basically an identical set up to you and mine let go on that 3s pretty quickly.

it was amazing fun until that point, in fairness it was probably down to how i set the mesh, ive got some more spurs to play around with, if they let go just as quick, i will look into the upgraded motor mount

I enjoyed mine...but couldn't run it in many places due to limited ground clearance. Spent more time being run on tarmac with 1/10 onroad wheels

it will mostly be ran on flat grass, hard packed woodland mud, looking for something cheap, transportable and bashable for myself and the boys for summer holidays

have a look at the LC racing MT, not much bigger but will be better off road.
