  1. hey guys. hope everyone is ok 🙂

just moved in to our new home a week ago but i am struggling to use the heating system.

this house has electric boiler which i have never used before, only ever used gas boiler. everything in this house uses electric and no gas which i find very strange.

the boiler is called hercal and the radiators are called dimplex quantum:

      many thanksguys 🙂

just found out that my electic supplier is EDF and since i am on prepayment meter, again never used key meters before,  they told me that it has only one tarif. off peak is between midnight and 7 in morning. i will have to switch it on at midnight and switch it off at 7.

had a quick look on internet, i dont really want to use timer so it says if i press on advance button then it will switch it on. do i just leave it like that and it will store the heat?

i will try find a manual now.

Get the instructions, the boost will either be a separate element heater or releases the stored heat earlier
