  1. Amazing service from Corally. Shredded my centre diff on the first run out of the dementor. Emailed them and they sent an aluminium, oil filled replacement straight out, no questions asked!

I hear that a lot, makes me glad I bought a Corally buggy and not something else.

yeh their customer service is great son rolled his kronos and it knacked the servo  so they sent a new 1 to him :good:

  2. So finally had my replacement centre diff delivered Amazing from Coraly really. Didn’t even bat an eyelid when I told them about it. Just sent this straight out. Got stuck in customs for a few weeks though. now to get it fitted!
  3. It gets better, not only are they sending me a new diff, they are sending me an oil filled, aluminium complete diff assembly. Top work corally!
  4. Did just that and they are sending me a new diff
  5. Yeah it’s the dementor on it’s first proper outing. Was running it on factory grease as oiling it hadn’t even crossed my mind
  6. Pretty sure my centre diff isn’t supposed to look like this
  7. Duly noted as just looking at the shipping cost from Coraly has made me cry
  8. So after following @Nick’s advice I ran the dementor on 4s today, still managed to strip the spur and pinion guess I’ll be putting an order in to Coraly tonight
  9. So bit of an update for you. Just charged the batteries again and stuck on a lipo alarm. Full throttle on for 10 seconds and the alarm was going nuts. Would appear I have 2 duff batteries. Tried the same with one of my zippy batteries and full throttle for 5 minutes before I gave up
  10. Bought a couple of ovonic 5000mah 3s lipos from eBay that im starting to think are duff. Got some zippy 5000mah too that I haven’t tested yet
  11. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B077Z1N9CS/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1 mate of mine has the exact same
  12. Just ordered a couple of lipo alarms. Will give it another blast once they arrive. Bought these batteries from eBay, sounds like I’ve bought a couple of duffers!
  13. I’ll get the battery checker on it next time. Batteries are both 5000mah charged at 5amps. Will also try it with a different battery all together.
  14. 2 batteries fully balanced charged last night. Brand new batteries I hasten to add too. Not both dead? Both batteries doing exactly the same
  15. Cut off options on the esc are either lipo or nimh. just checked it was set to lipo. No idea what the voltage it’s set to is though
  16. Battery’s were fine, both reading 4.2v per cell before use and have just checked them again after use, one at 3.7v per cell and the other 3.8v per cell
  17. So had the granite out for a blast today, after a blast of full throttle it suddenly loses power and goes to perhaps 50% throttle. Nothing feels particularly hot, then if I stop it, steering servo works but no throttle at all. If I turn it off and power back on again it works briefly but then repeats the above. Is it just overheating or could it be something else? any help would be appreciated thanks
  18. So this arrived the other day, im getting grief from my 3 year old son every day. He wants to play with it......hmm not so sure about that. Not sure I trust myself with it
  19. Chuffed to bits! Still can’t believe I won. Thanks so much. Can’t wait to get my hands on it
  20. At some point I’ll find time to repair the granite. Need more hours in the day

I got one second hand, gave it to my son, he immedietely went full chooch, threw the tyres off which ripped the shell and threw a drive shaft. I tried to put it together and gave up... its sat there in a pile. Think it also needs a new gearbox tbh.

  21. Just bought a shock repair kit from a mate of mine for the time being.
  22. Is there a part number for the complete shock assembly as I can’t seem to find it?
  23. So for the 2nd time in 6 months, the shocks on my granite are leaking. Was thinking of upgrading them anyway, but not sure what I should be going for. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks
