Will never live up to a 5ive however it's my first time back in rc in circa 18months plus and first time in 5th scale so nothing to live up to.

Traxxas sound unit has a v8 sound I'm sure it's that one. It has two settings one a v8 the other something else. 

If dollar hobbies or JRC have them could be the cheapest option too. I might get one for my kkids scx10 but not sure as I like to be inconspicuous when playing with my toys lol. I get heckled enough.  Even tho ther flatout too but on drink and ....s lol. 

Very dependant on spec and condition but anywhere between £150-300.....

I paid £130 for mine with upgrades. Wheels, cvds , carbon servo mount, lift kit I think. And alloy skid. 

It came without a body tho obviously no electrics and it came from a friend off here so he probably gave me a good price. Best 250 build iI've done for sure.

Lots of different insurers state different they're isn't 1 across the board. All vary on insurance. That's where confusion kicks in as long as you can prove YOUR INSURED AND have consent to drive the car.

Think Futaba used to let you bind two 2.4ghz RXs to one TX at the same time. Would be usefull in a large scale plane.

Ide love to set up a race set up but don't have the space. If I did it ide do it with 3 tvs. Big centre tv then the first two cheap lcds I could find for the sides. I think you can hook up 5 tvs to ps3 for a full 360 view lol that'd be amazing. I don't know if all games support it but I bet driving sims do. Gran turismo does cos I saw it in the settings. 

I tried it out once in an arcade and loved it a Ferrari race sim with a real ferrari dash and gear stick chair ect. But it was £2 a play and I failed badly so £2 for less than 5min lol. 

I was only 9 tho.
