    Receiver boxes for 1/8 scale..

      Doh.. Totally forgot to say that no, I've still not decided on which reciever box to get 🙄

      Maybe the traxxas one if it fits nicely on top of the servo or the centre diff

      The hobao and traxxas ones both look okay as it goes. 

      @locky and @Stormbringer have either of you got any pictures of the reciever boxes fitted to your rc's?

    I've been debating ordering a new 3d printer so bit the bullet on the new BamboLabs A1 mini. Only downside is that it's not arriving until the new year ☹️

    All I need to finish my ST Pro brushless build is...

    A decent lipo charger, lipo batteries, mod1 pinion, transmitter and reciever, straps to hold the batteries in place.. what else.. possibly a new bodyshell?.. 

    Expensive stuff!

      I know nothing about pc's or 3d printing yet I still want to get a 3d printer lol..

      Is the bambolabs one that you said about any good for a novice?

    Hey guys just got myself a contract sim but I ordered a 1 month contract instead if 12 or 24 month one. Any differences in them or should I just cancel it and get a 12 or 24 month one?

      To be honest I'm not if the rolling contracts do help with your credit score or not. Thats definitely one to google.

      If you're looking to build your credit rating then yeah, traditionally 12 month+  phone contracts were always a good way of doing it (as long as you can afford it) 

      Its always worth googling different ways to build your credit score. There might be easier ways of building it than getting yourself into a long phone contract

      In the end I went with the one I sent a link for.

      I used Paypals pay-in-3 option (which is really handy)

      After it's paid off I'll use paypal again for when I buy the radio gear, the charger, and the lipos 🙂

      A one month contract? Do you mean like a rolling monthly thing? Where you can opt out when you want rather than being tied into 12month+ contract? 

      I think thats what I've got with giffgaff at the moment.

      It works for me but I already own my phone. I'm just paying a low monthly amount. .

      It all depends on what you're actually wanting or needing

      Yes! It arrived today and was left only very slightly tucked out of site on my front porch...

      I mean seriously it was just left there!!!

      Urghh....

      But yes, its arrived but hasn't been opened or anything at all yet. I'll try to start a build thread this evening but not sure if I'll have the time or energy (its been a busy day)

      I wanted to get into rc again and also wanted a kit to build. I didn't see anything that I liked so went for the Hyper ST Pro. Its not the newest or best out there but it'll do for me, plus the ST is a tank so I know it'll take some serious abuse when its finally up and running 🙂 🙂

    It was only a battery tray lol and I paid far too much for it but couldn't find it in the UK at all..
