Preferably blue as the red threadlock is permanent. I bought my hyper second hand and the previous owner rebuilt it with red threadlock, it's been a right pain in the backside!!2 points

Yup that was with the stock motor and a 3s battery. The body was off one of my old super nitro rallys. But yeah it is the same as the TBG ones. I have a bunch of pictures. They are all with the Subaru body though so I don't know how well you will be able to tell the difference. This is with the axles specifically. http://m.imgur.com/a/EqHZY And this is the rest of my gallery. http://m.imgur.com/account/gozzz/albums Just remove the m. to access the non mobile version of the site.1 point

I bought a set of the Turnigy ones but the tips are soft and crap! I replaced them with EDS tips, actually quite a cheap way of doing it1 point

Nice. Keep an eye on the servo saver then. I had problems with mine being too weak. It caused all kind of handling issues from pulling to one side or the other to not centering properly. You can replace it with an alloy piece or just dab some ca glue on the plastic ring and let it dry. The only other thing I'd recommend is the HD drive cups and the longer bullet axles with 9mm wide alloy hex hubs. The longer bullet axles and alloy hex hubs will give you a wider track and cut down on traction rolling. The part numbers are in this thread somewhere a page or two back (I think). As for saving for tires... Check this out: http://youtu.be/YW9Q6dhUQk41 point

Hi.Theres a few people on here with depression, including me :/ .Beating your rc definetly alleviates it a little.I don't get out with mine as much as I should,we've got a 20 month old son,so my attention is needed elsewhere. If you can get out with your rc, do it .It'll make you feel better. Until you see the parts bill1 point

I did put these on the gallery when I first joined and was told they might be better posted in the "Vintage" area but I figured here was a good spot. Excuse the poor photos (instamatic) The green/yellow is a late 80's project that just kept evolving, the Pumpkin was early 2000.1 point

hi all back after 2 years with a little pumpkin project this will be my 12th lunch/pumpkin build (3(4) are mine the rest have been built for other people) pic's when its done - just the usual mods - shocks, braces, fx10 arms, wheels and a few not so usual mods re. junfac axle brace they have been discontinued for well over a year now, im currently looking at getting a few made if I can get the costs down to a reasonable price1 point
