well i have since run this servo and i fund it extreemy extreemly good for its price. makes the steering response soooo much better, it turn so much quicker and the wheels dont take half hour to turn.

deffo recomended

What would you compare it to? I need a new servo, just don't want to buy it if it's not better than the 645/660.

only ever used stock. but fron using it, i candeffo say using a decent servo saver itl be able to turn 40 seies moabs all day.

well nick it is rated 995MG on the case and i can say it is a bit noisy and doesnt sound very good, but in my rustler it is doing fine

i use 2 hitec hs-5745mg in my fg for the steering they work great and also use a hitec hs-645mg in my wild willy and it turns lovely

jus wondered if any1 nu which servo wud b best for a monster beetle steering or weather its worth sticking to the 1's in the specktrum kit?

the servos u get in radio gear kits tend not too be that good...strong, so if this is the case with your gear then I'd definatly put a good high torque servo on your steering at least espacially with an FG.

dunno about how many servos I've never used a FG, altho two would be better I guess....

anyway model sport sell this servo in the pack u can buy when u'r buying one of their FG's I use this servo on my sav to they're good

your best off asking in th petrol section

is the hitec HS-545 strong enuff and worth usin for a monster beetle for the steering or wud it break & not las long

i dont think it would break, but probably ouldnt eb able to turn the wheels unles its moving

your bet off asking in the petrol section, you will get much more help there

well, back to topic again. its still holding up!! (Sam C's savage with the servo shop servo)

been doing 15ft+ jumps and through puddles and everything and its a beast, still turns the wheels no probz! although theu have just got dearer i would still recomend them to anyone with 1/8th

no idea, you should have had a selection when you bought the servo. if your stuck nick mate i can send you some as i no longer have the servo.
