northwarks Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 (edited) Hi all - Just fitted a new set of clutch shoes and bell to my sons Virus and I'm a bit concerned there is a lot of lateral play even with washers in place. What play should there be ? Should I see about .5mm of the clutch shoes for example ? All seems to work fine (thought I'd better add that). Oh and edited to say I can't compare to what it was like before seeing the bearing collapsed and it was like waving a pencil in the Albert Hall !
