revo 3.3 wheels wont turn

tearing my hair out now, just rebuilt revo 3.3 yet for some reason when its on the ground not running you cannot push forwards or backwards (brake isnt on) but if u pick it up either end and push it rolls..

then when engine running and i press throttle engine revs car doesnt go anywhere, but if i put car on stand so all wheels are not touching anything wheels go round when car is reved up...

any one any ideas on what i am doing wroung

I'm not sure if it is this, but does the Revo have a one-way bearing in the transmission? As I know a T-Maxx does, and similair symptoms show up when you put it in backwards.

The best person to ask is Scott(Turner boy)give him a PM and ask his advice,he knows Revos inside out mate...

does sound like a problem with the diff/box if it is a box problem tho, something will have stripped and itll be fairly easy to spot all the chaff/stripped gear, but it could be as simple as gear select being stuck, ive sent you a PM mate (well more like a freakin' essay ) but that should help you out, just remember to go steady, take your time when stripping it down and youll be fine

is the slipper clutch tight emough?it should be nearly full tight and then loosened off a bit.if it revs up without going anywhere it could well be that.

wheels rotate in air is centre shaft turning while doing so? what exactly did u rebuild?
