blueovalbug Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 hi my hyper 7 is playing up again it keeps reving its titts off and a couple of times it would have shoot off if i didnt have my foot in front of it this is whats changed since running in. 1. taken the fuel filter off to see if it was dirty (DOES IT GO ON IN ANY WAY CUS ITS LONG ONE WAY THAN THE OTHER) 2.changed my fuel from 16 to 25 3. put a new glow plug in but the same make and tyrpe i used all the way throught Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Matt B Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 Try reversing the throttle channel. To tell if it is working properly, remove the airfilter and look down the carb. Turn on the radio but leave the engine off. Does the carb stay wide open? if it does then the throttle channel will need reversing, then try it again to see if it shuts the carb, and opens it when you give it throttle (with the engine off) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
