Hyper7ftxoutlaw Posted July 24, 2023 Share Posted July 24, 2023 Here is a classic kyosho on road car. It’s in 7/10 condition. I bought it over the winter and somewhat restored it. I fully stripped it and cleaned it but didn’t actually replace anything except the glow plug. The front bumper is a bit cracked from when the batteries fell out of the controller and it ran away, but other than that it is perfect - other than a bit of oil on the chassis. It is so original - it has stiffer front springs from when it was built and even comes with a period correct glow plug - which is not in the engine. The glow plug in it has the copper washer - just so you know. It will come with 2 shells, both of which are slightly tatty, the astra not fitting perfectly. They are also original. The original controller will be included, with that mile long antenna! The engine runs perfectly, idling for an entire tank and giving plenty of power with a nice consistent smoke trail. It’s got the upgraded (period) exhaust. Overall, brilliant car, just not for me as i’m far more into bashing.
