Servo tester… what power cables?

If you don’t have a receiver battery pack or battery box to plug in then I reckon one of these should power it

But have you tried Googling for the instructions,?  To see what you actually need?

Of course I’m being stupid - you should be able to power it off your ESC, plug the lead that normally goes into the receiver into the IN side and the servo you want to test into the OUT side - all the tester wants is the same power source that the servo would normally get

This is my set up, it’s the same guts but without the posh alloy case! lives in a really useful box, probably owes me about £11 all in. It’s just low enough to sit in my tool chest draw. Very useful for centralising servos in situ 👍

Can you power it off an ESC like I posted above?

 

I think I’m going to get one, looks really handy 👍
