MrPug Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 Hi all, I have ordered an EZRUN 3652 motor and notice it has a temperature sensor port on it. Does anyone know what this is for? I'm assuming you can plug something into it to give an easily readable temperature reading? I have googled and searched but can find nothing that sounds like what I'm assuming would plug in there... MrPug There hobbywing max esc have a sensor cable on it to plug in the motor, so when the motor gets hot it shut down, it is to protect the motor. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Alex97 Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 What's been said above, in the ESC settings you can set it so that if it goes above 100° it will cut off to save the motor.
