Could someone please explain to me about tire selection in damp/wet conditions and possible link me tires that would suit. I’m currently running tamiya S-Grip thanks in advane. You tend to run the rear a harder compound than the front so soft front & medium rear. In the wet, you might want to run the same compound front & rear so soft front & soft. mo_miah Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 on dry roads i run semi slick tyres with a soft compound on damp/wet roads use tyres with grooves to move the water out the way to stop a film of water forming between the tyres and the road surface i try use the softest compound i can find and adjust my suspension springs using spacers to apply more or less pressure at what point are you losing grip? straight line or in corners? 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
