best dual AC lipo charger

For say a 4s 8000mah the wattage needed is 150watts with a 10A output for each battery (including the efficiency loss) so you have a figure to work with.

I know they're not AC but this is the way I'd go.

I'd go for 1 of these

http://robotbirds.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=9_161&products_id=8454

with 2 of these

http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__57969__Turnigy_Reaktor_300W_20A_6S_Balance_Charger_UK_Warehouse_.html

1. You are then not tied down to only 1 charger in case 1 ever fails.

2. More power for less £ than the previous 1 linked by rushboy.

3. Chargers cheaper to replace.

4. Will only be running at 50% capacity doing a 4s on each charger up to 8000mah (kit will last longer) makes 2C charging available.

5. Enough power (flat out) to do 4x 4s 8000mah with 2 in parallel on each charger @ 1C

Never been a fan of the built in AC units. Costly to replace when they fail.

I use 1 of these:

with 1 of these

Charging 6s in a parallel setup. Gets to about 60% power usage and doesn't break a sweat :)
