Losi only have the XXL listed on their website still and I don't think it is really being pushed as a format and the buggy and truggy versions have disappeared from the page altogether. By comparison they are bringing out new(ish) large scale petrol cars along with persisting with the 8ight series in brushless and nitro form. Surely that speaks more about the success (or lack of) 1/8th scale petrol cars as a whole? HPI still has the Savage Octane listed but again I don't think it is a big player for them.
